Lallemand Inc and USA Yeast, LLC have announced the acquisition of the shares of Hattiesburg, Mississippi based USA Yeast, LLC by Lallemand. The addition of the Hattiesburg facility now provides American Yeast with their industry leading fourth North American yeast production plant.
