The industry had its bakery business meeting in the tenth edition of the International Bakery, Confectionery and Related Industries, INTERSICOP 2015, organized by IFEMA and held the past 13 to 16 April in Hall 9 MADRID FAIR. A call which resulted in a success of participation, being visited by 18,844 professionals who came from 40 countries, and gather the offer of 336 represented companies from 22 countries. The overall satisfaction of participants, representativeness of the Fair, considered the leading business platform of the Iberian Peninsula.
