The Baking Association of Canada will be hosting the 2013 Bakery Congress trade show and conference in Vancouver from May 5-6, 2013. Bakery Congress 2013 will unite attendees and exhibitors, acting as a platform for the baking industry in Western Canada.
Opportunities at the Bakery Congress 2013 include almost 45,000-square-feet of trade show floor, educational sessions, networking, social activities, the introduction of new and upcoming products/services, and cultivating new business relationships.
